Job Description We have an opportunity with one of our key programs providing support and maintenance of a large enterprise environment spanning multiple locations (ideally you will have an NV1 Security Clearance).
This role will see work within a high-performing team working across a range of technologies.
As an Endpoint Security Engineer, your role will perform some or all the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and operating systems and services.
Troubleshooting and fault remediation activities Create and maintain various AD Account types across multiple domains.
Create, update, and amend process documentation, knowledge base articles, and Standard Operating Procedures Interact with users and key business stakeholders providing subject matter expertise.
Install and configure standard company software packages and applications using customised in-house toolsets.
Assist users troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Assist users with LRS print related issues.
Deploy solutions as part of a project or initiative according to organisation standards. Provide support of device and application control technologies.
Qualifications About You and What You'll Bring Coupled with your education and/or experience, you have exposure to some of the below tools and methodologies: High level of skill with the relevant technologies such as Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office, Teams), desktop and laptop hardware (HP, Dell), Cisco Phones, Mobility (iOS).
Skype for Business Strong understanding of Windows Server, Networking.
Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy PowerShell MECM Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
Exposure to the following technologies would be beneficial LRS print technologies Ivanti Device and Application Control (or similar) Ivanti User Workspace Manager (or similar) Please note: We do not expect you to be an expert in all areas listed above.
