Software Engineer - Front EndJob DescriptionSoftware Engineer - Front End - 55408PermanentGold Coast LocationPart of multi-billion-dollar UNITE programHow will I help?As a senior engineer, you will help us improve system design, fine-tune app observability and performance, implement centralized reusable libraries, and maintain a healthy codebase by applying engineering best practices and introducing improved patterns, tooling, and architecture.Your responsibilities and duties will include:Own decisions regarding component, feature, or application-level quality, reliability, efficiency, and performance.Help define and evolve our team processes and coding standardsParticipate in design discussions and code reviewsLead by example and influence our engineering teamPerform code reviews and mentor junior team membersWhat do I need?To be successful for this position you should have strong experience in designing, building and shipping software and be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript (either on Node.js or the browser).
In addition to this you should have hands-on experience with modern React development using functional components and hooks.
