To be able to build great designs means you need a deep understanding of the problems we are solving and why they are important.
A lot of the time, we're talking hard numbers and profitability, so while you don't need to have knowledge in these areas before starting with us, you will definitely need the critical thinking and problem solving to be able to understand the 'why' so that you can deliver on exactly what the user needs.You'll have the drive and determination to take ownership of a problem and see it right through to the end, all the way from inception to release.
This includes a deep understanding of the data to know if the proposed design has any flaws, loopholes or mis-understandings of the statistics.
