What you'll do As our product offering continues to expand and increases in adoption, developing and maintaining the tools for global data migrations will be critical to ensure our ongoing success.
As the newest member of our Data Transitions team, you'll work closely with the Data Analysts who will look to you to develop and maintain tools that transition data from various global databases to LEAP.
This is a predominantly back-end development role with approximately 70% of your time focusing on enhancement and improvement of internal tools across 6 regions, and 30% of your time on new projects - exploring new tools and products we aren't currently supporting.

You won't just work on one product or one tool - this is a varied role looking at every single product globally.
The day to day will include: Implementing changes to internal transitions software to address reported bugs or enhancements Actioning or investigating tasks/changes relating to tickets logged in JIRA.
Maintaining and support internal transitions software Working on various internal transitions tools providing analysts with necessary support Working on projects to address various requirements of transitioning data to LEAP What you'll bring This is a true mid-level role suitable for a motivated and hard working Engineer with approximately 3 years of commercial experience.
You will also need: Familiarity with GitHub, Visual Studio, Visual Code, and other Source Code Security technologies Positive attitude – things might not always go as expected but we maintain optimism and win, nonetheless Being a team player – we reach our goals together and help each other to succeed Analytical thinking and problem solving skills You will have experience working with: C# .NET Core / .NET Framework Entity Framework + other ORM's such as Dapper - (EF Core) ORM Data Querying - any experience is beneficial - most people proficient with SQL/databases would be across this SQL Servers– MSSQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite & Oracle - At least one is sufficient Unit Testing (xUnit / MSTest) You might have experience with: ASP.NET Core WebAPI - This one is important but would consider an applicant with limited experience JavaScript Reactive Extensions (RX) Source control - this is more practice LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
