Senior API Developer 6 months contract with extension options possible

Australian Citizens with current Baseline Clearance
Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior API Developer for our esteemed large Federal Government Client.
This is an ASAP start - initial 6 months contract with further extension options possible.
About the role:As the Senior API developer, you will oversee the design and development of new and existing bespoke enterprise software applications.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with business and technical stakeholders and experience in developing clear and comprehensive technical documentation are required.
Role specific requirements:Ability to work independently with minimal directionSolid problem-solving skillsExperience with .NET and/or Java programmingExperience with React and Next.js for front end developmentDeep knowledge of RESTful API design principles and hands-on experience with various API frameworks and toolsWorking knowledge of Azure SQL and T-SQLExperience working with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect, as well as API security best practicesExperience with Azure pipelines and component configuration (including Function Apps, Logic Apps and Event Grid)Following coding practices and contributing to continual improvementDocumenting 'as built' functionsSubmission Requirements:Duration: 6 months with extension options possibleClearance: Australian Citizens with current Baseline clearanceSubmission deadline: 26/09/2024If you are interested in finding out more about the role, apply today or contact Varsha on 02-6257 8888 for a full assignment brief.
