We are searching for a C# .NET Software Developer to join an innovative and forward-thinking provider of fleet and asset management to £50,000 pa, dependent on experienceRemote/Hybrid – Occasional meetings in Tamworth office25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day each year (up to 35 days)KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesigning, developing, modifying, and maintaining our client's range of software products in line with published standards and guidelines.Propose and assess solutions to design issues by identifying and evaluating new technologies and third-party components.Mentor and develop junior members of the team.Hold a natural curiosity and approach to learning new technologies relevant to the business.Interpret business requirements and technical specifications to complete estimates for change requests within established SLA's.Gain an understanding of our client's industry and customer base requirements and how they are met by our client's product range.TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven experience developing Windows Forms applications in C# or VB.NETWeb development experience in MVCUnit testing experienceAn ability to debug large, multi-solution, multi-layer projects.Object Oriented programming practices, SOLID principles and design , Microsoft SQL Server (2012 onwards), relational database design and performance diagnostics, with an ability to write and optimise SQL resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.Knowledge of Entity FrameworkAgile and Waterfall methodologiesWeb API, REST API and API DesignFront-end: CSS3 & HTMLAn understanding of security considerations when designing and developing public-facing applications and API endpoints.DevOps and deployment of projectsDeveloping Windows ServicesOur client is a leading provider of fleet and asset management software, delivering an exceptional SaaS platform with greater integration, control and automation to fleet operators, leasing, and asset management you would like to discuss this opportunity further, please contact Matt Pallister: 07943 710 160 | 0113 332 0678 | Thank you for taking an interest in the role advertised.
