Purpose:We are now recruiting for a Software Architect who will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and ensuring the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
This role combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to guide software development projects from concepts to deployment.
The Software Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals while adhering to best practices, compliance and security standards.
Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software DevelopmentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a tech lead and/or an architecture role including Software Architect, Solution Architect, Domain Architect, Enterprise ArchitectExtensive experience with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenanceExpertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#) and familiarity with frameworks such as NodeJS, Spring, .NET, React and AngularProven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or AzureStrong understanding of APIs, middleware, and system integration techniquesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern version control systems (Git)Deep experience in Kubernetes and/or OpenShift is a plusBenefits:We love our people at RAA and believe our employees should be rewarded for being a part of the RAA family.
