Requires including 2+ years in a landscape supervisory roleSalary guide: $80,000-90,000 Depending on experienceLocation: North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, NSW.Your normal day will involve: Leading soft landscaping projects for residential clientsManaging and training 1-2 junior landscapers to complete tasks efficientlyCommunicating regularly with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfactionDriving from your home, picking up your team from Central Station, and traveling to job siteApplying horticultural knowledge to:General garden maintenance, hedging, pruning of trees & shrubs, lawn mowing, etc.Soft landscaping - Planting, installing irrigation, laying turfYou will need: Certificate in Parks and Gardens or similarLive within 30 minutes drive of Central stationHands-on landscaping experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleKnowledge of plant species, soft landscaping techniques, and pest managementExperience using landscaping tools and managing garden redesign projectsStrong communication skills and a professional appearance when working with clientsJob benefits include: Company van available 7 days a week.Opportunity for career advancement into management.Competitive salary based on experience and performance.Please email us a copy of your CV to
