Soft Landscaping Team Leader

Soft Landscaping Supervisor, Senior Horticulturist Gardener or Landscaping Team Leader to manage high-end residential projects with a small, highly skilled and passionate team.

A full-time role, with growth opportunities into management.

Requires including 2+ years in a landscape supervisory role Salary guide: $80,000-90,000 Depending on experience Location: North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, NSW.
Your normal day will involve:
Leading soft landscaping projects for residential clients Managing and training 1-2 junior landscapers to complete tasks efficiently Communicating regularly with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction Driving from your home, picking up your team from Central Station, and traveling to job site Applying horticultural knowledge to: General garden maintenance, hedging, pruning of trees & shrubs, lawn mowing, etc.
Soft landscaping - Planting, installing irrigation, laying turf You will need:
Certificate in Parks and Gardens or similar Live within 30 minutes drive of Central station Hands-on landscaping experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Knowledge of plant species, soft landscaping techniques, and pest management Experience using landscaping tools and managing garden redesign projects Strong communication skills and a professional appearance when working with clients Job benefits include:
