What you'll be doing
Are you a talented SOE engineer ready to make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer support while helping to build a cutting-edge green fields SOE environment using MECM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating, implementing, and maintaining a secure and high-performing SOE environment. Here's how you'll contribute:
Design & Build : Collaborate on the design of our endpoint SOE and Virtual Desktop Environment. Implementation : Assist in the build and deployment processes for our endpoints and Virtual Desktop Environment. Testing : Execute detailed test plans to validate designs and configurations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and standard operating procedures. Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for endpoint and Virtual Desktop issues, minimizing downtime. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SOE designs with our business objectives. What We Offer:

To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and W365 Experience in SOE packaging and task sequence creation Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Copilot Exposure to applying Security Best Practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
