Who are we looking for? Looking for passionate Sous Chef's with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service.To be successful, you'll need:
Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity First Aid and CPR Certificate Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking) Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential Excellent knowledge of HACCP Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months Why choose Sodexo?
