The Role & Benefits:Based in Brisbane, the role will see you working with an established team from different professions, coordinating a range of support services in people's homes, community centres and other settings.
We are looking for someone who can lead support workers in the field, and provide high level insights to complex barriers that often arise in this line of work.
You will have a strong awareness of cultural barriers, limiting factors, relationship dynamics and the NDIS.
Day to day, you can expect a great deal of diversity as you navigate highly individualised support pathways for each person and family member you impact.
