Deliver high level, evidence-based Social Work services to inpatients and outpatients of the Banana region, as an individual and in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
The position provides an opportunity to work within a varied and complex caseload, and when appropriate use a transdisciplinary service model, whilst contributing to safe, reliable and sustainable services for CQ Health.
The position outreaches to the CQ Health facilities at Moura, Theodore, and Baralaba.

About the role:The Senior Social Worker works as a member of the Gladstone and Banana Allied Health Team(s) providing comprehensive, effective and efficient Social Work services to stakeholders/customers of CQ Health.
Services provided are of a varied caseload complexity, spanning the continuum of care that includes service provision to patients/clients within inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
About you:The possession of a tertiary qualification in Social Work providing eligibility for membership in the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is mandatory.Overseas qualified applicants require a "certification of eligibility" letter from the AASW to be included in their application in order to be considered for short-listing in the selection process.What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a.
