About the Role: We are inviting suitably qualified Social Workers with more than 6 years' experience to apply for Medical Team Leader. As the Medical Team Leader, you will provide day to day management, clinical leadership and guidance to social workers in the medical team. This team provides social work services across inpatient medical wards/areas at the Canberra Hospital including general medicine, stroke unit, gastroenterology and renal as well as a small number of community and outpatient areas. Your role will include providing specialist clinical advice, problem solving, education, intervention and supervision to facilitate high quality social work services.
This position forms part of the social work leadership team, who work together, to provide direction to our Social Work Department.

Financial relocation support (reimbursement) up to $12,000 is available for Interstate and International candidates (permanent positions only).
