What your day will look like:In this role, you'll begin by engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including mental health consumers, families, and carers, to deliver tailored social work assessments and interventions.
You'll work closely with other health professionals, drawing on your knowledge to collaboratively develop care plans that support recovery.
As the day unfolds, you'll manage complex cases, offering expert guidance and advocating for consumers within both the mental health system and the wider community.
Your role will also involve mentoring and supporting less experienced staff and students, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive in their practice.
