Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical) Government - State (Government & Defence) Full time Are you a dedicated and passionate professional looking to make a significant impact in the field of forensic mental health? We are seeking talented individuals to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS).
As a Level 3 AHP/Case Manager, you will work collaboratively within a professional and experienced team, providing high-quality mental health care to complex forensic clients.
You will be a clinical expert and a vital resource for nursing, medical, and allied health staff, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our consumers and stakeholders.
The role: In accordance with primary health care principles, Agency policy and direction, legal requirements, service policy and procedures and professional competencies, undertake the delivery of quality patient care services, based on best practice and within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
Provide a specialist forensic social work service Provide psycho-social assessment and treatment, including the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment programs Work within the multidisciplinary team and participate in case management reviews to ensure continuity of care Why Join Us? Details of appointment: Permanent full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $106,966 - $118,114 per annum (Pro rata).
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.
2 of 2022 Correctional Allowance of 6.5% Professional Development Allowance of up to $1000 per annum You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Please note that access to salaries beyond $115,573 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
Benefit available to eligible candidates: Travel and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible appointees Excellent leave benefits: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.
