Social Works focus is on enhancing a person's social and emotional functioning through targeted specialised interventions and mobilising services and supports.About the role:Social Workers provide complex case management, delivery of clinical services including psychosocial assessment, therapy interventions, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality social work services for patient/clients of Queensland Health within the inpatient, outpatient and community settings.About you:Mandatory qualifications: Mandatory possession of a Qualification degree in Social Work from a recognised tertiary institution and eligibility for professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Applicants must not have any ethical matters outstanding that may otherwise preclude eligibility for professional membership with the AASW.
