WA Country Health Service – South Hedland WA
This is a Permanent Full Time appointment. Position Profile: Provides a Social Work Service including assessment, treatment and evaluation to a designated caseload of inpatient, outpatient and community including Child Development Service.
As a member of the East Pilbara Primary Health Team, assists with planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of timely and culturally appropriate Social Work Services for the East Pilbara region.
