The successful applicant will join the Student Support team to work collaboratively with families and carers to reduce the complexities impacting students most in need and support them to better engage with their learning. The successful applicant would be responsible for undertaking assessment of referred students, preparing plans and undertaking social work intervention with students, families and groups. They would also be required to interview parents and/or guardians, as well as obtain and evaluate case information from all relevant sources, which could include making home visits when necessary.The successful applicant should collaborate closely with other staff within our existing support structures.
