We are seeking talented individuals to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS).
As a Level 3 AHP/Case Manager, you will work collaboratively within a professional and experienced team, providing high-quality mental health care to complex forensic clients.
You will be a clinical expert and a vital resource for nursing, medical, and allied health staff, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our consumers and stakeholders.
The role:In accordance with primary health care principles, Agency policy and direction, legal requirements, service policy and procedures and professional competencies, undertake the delivery of quality patient care services, based on best practice and within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.

Salary: $106,966 - $118,114 per annum (Pro rata).
