40 hours per fortnight ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council.

Key responsibilities include: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and deliver on program objectives Implement best practice clinical intervention through competent assessment, treatment planning and safe service coordination Link clients with community support networks and liaise with external stakeholders where appropriate Provide clinical leadership and support group development and education services where needed and available Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice Qualifications/experience required: Tertiary Qualification in Social Work Minimum 2 years' experience and demonstrated skill and knowledge in rehabilitation NDIS Worker Screening Check Working for ERH At ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
