ACH Group is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team, working directly with customers and their families to provide essential social work services in the community.
In this full-time position, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and empower customers in navigating their social and health challenges, enabling them to lead healthy, independent lives while maintaining connections to their community. As part of this role, you will work across all metropolitan regions, ensuring our services reach and support individuals in a variety of settings.
