Join the Social Work team at Latrobe Regional Health, where a 'world of opportunities awaits'.Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is currently seeking to appoint a dedicated Social Work Manager to lead the delivery of high quality, multi-disciplinary, person-centred Social Work services. This position is an ongoing, full time position.Working closely with the General Manager, Allied Health Services and the Allied Health Management team, the Social Work Manager is responsible for the effective leadership and development of the Social Work team, continuous improvement of service delivery and effective management of operational performance.The Social Work Manager, through strategic relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation, maintains a clear view of operational requirements to ensure quality and sustainable service provision to our consumers at LRH and the Gippsland community.About youIdeal candidates for this role will have:Recognised degree in Social Work.Eligibility for membership of the Australia Association of Social Workers (AASW).Seven (7) or more years' experience in a hospital and/or other health care setting.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Postgraduate qualifications in Social Work or Health Management is desirable.How to applyJoin us in our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services to our community.
