About the Role:We are seeking a creative and solution-focused leader to innovate and inspire a social team based across our Residential & Retirement living.
Your role will lead the social team to deliver social experiences that enable people to live Good Lives by connecting with their community through experiences that match their interests.
Whether people have a passion for art, love to sing in choirs or enjoy exploring the local community, there's a group experience to match their interests.
The Social Manager will have outstanding communication and relationship building skills, along with experience in leading and implementing change in teams.
The successful candidate will proactively support the Head of Social to achieve the divisional and organisational objectives, goals and outcomes, along with:
Embedding a customer centric organisationImplementing a sustainable core social program that enhances connection to community, re-establishes or creates valued roles, assists to challenge the stereotypes of ageingLeading continuous quality improvement strategies, including reviewing systems and processesLeading and mentoring the Social Team to deliver a Good Lives informed Social Program.About You!You will have the ability to influence whilst building solid relationships with all stakeholders.
You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, are confident, articulate, and innovative together with:
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and create sustainable changes to service deliveryExceptional communication skillsExperience in developing financially sustainable business opportunitiesThe successful candidate will need to provide a 2021 - 2022 Flu Vaccination Statement, COVID Vaccine certificate and a satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.As this role requires travel, please note that a current 'C' class Drivers Licence is a must.
