Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Social Services Project Manager to lead Merqah Foundation's social services team.The Social Services Project Manager will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the organization's social programs by overseeing case management and resource allocation. He will be key in optimizing service delivery, maximizing impact, and improving overall program efficiency. The Social Services Project Manager will provide guidance and support to the social services team members.Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive operational plans, setting goals, and allocating resources effectively.Project Management: Overseeing various projects, including field research and document collection.Financial Management: Managing budgets, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Donor Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, managing donor requests, and ensuring donor satisfaction.Train and Develop Staff: Conducting performance evaluations and implementing strategies for employee growth and development.Job RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Social Service or a related field.3-6 years of experience in non-profit organizations is a must.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take initiative in driving process improvements.
