We are seeking a Social Procurement Officer to join our project: Goorambat Solar Farm. The Goorambat Solar Farm is a renewable energy development located about 12 kilometres north of Benalla and about 500 metres to the south of the Goorambat township in Victoria, on the land of the Yorta Yorta people.The PositionThe Social Procurement Officer will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesWorking with projects to ensure that key deliverables under the projects Social Procurement Framework are achieved including Diversity / Inclusion policy.Responsible for AES implementation during the construction and operations.Building awareness and liaison with First Nations networks & suppliers, communication about the Social Procurement and Indigenous participation strategy.Identifying Social Procurement, Indigenous Participation targets and invite suppliers to tender for works packages.Providing advice and guidance to projects relevant KRAs, KPIs and commitments required to achieve goals.Identifying and establishing relationships with external stakeholders including social enterprises, local councils, clients, and government so as a regional coordinated approach is maintained.Monitoring, tracking, and reporting regime to capture a holistic picture of social performance for the projects against the targets.Exploring business opportunities or partnering arrangements which provide social benefit for projects and the business.Qualifications and Experience:Ideally, be degree qualified in HR, Psychology or Social Science.Have about five years' experience in a similar role on a project / alliance.Experience in designing and implementing project social procurement, indigenous engagement, and workforce participation.Skills and Knowledge Required:Communication skills with the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Please note that this position is located on-site and FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) is not available.Why Bouygues Construction Australia?At Bouygues Construction Australia, we're dedicated to the design, construction, financing, and delivery of nation-shaping projects across civil, road and rail infrastructure, renewable energy, and services.Bouygues Construction: Building for LifeWith a global workforce of 32,500, Bouygues Construction is driven by the most exciting responsibility of all—building for life.
