The Social Procurement Coordinator is responsible for working with and supporting relationships with our clients, the Government, and other external stakeholders. Coordinating 2 broad areas including the Social Procurement Framework and Major Project Skills Guarantee, the Social Procurement Coordinator is also responsible for implementing new initiatives, requirements, and work practices to ensure Multiplex achieves on the social impact related Key Result Areas.
With previous experience in Social Procurement and exposure to the construction industry, the successful candidate will have: Understanding of the Local Jobs First Policy and Victorian Sustainable and Social Procurement FrameworkAbility to communicate effectively, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the internal and external business environment.Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting data and figures.Ability to work proactively as part of a team to develop solutions and progress initiatives.Strong personal organisation, time management skills and attention to detail to accurately meet objectives, deadlines, and reporting requirements.We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life.
