The Role Outback Comms is looking for a driven, hands-on Social Media Specialist that will be able to lead all Social Media accounts on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and traffic to Outback Comms' products and services.Maintain and execute a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing campaigns and events.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, & best practices to keep our content fresh & relevant.Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate via Facebook, email, or other.Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews.
Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.About You The ideal candidate will possess:
Certifications in Social Media Marketing.
Degree in advertising, marketing, communication design, and/or related field.Minimum 2 years experience in advertising, communications, marketing, or public relations.Experience with content creation, including copywriting, design coordination, and video production.Experience with Shopify or content management systems (CMS) would be advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A forward thinker who understands how ideas are brought to life and enhanced through social media channels.Demonstrated experience and a passion for social technology (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tideo, discussion forums, and community software).Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics.Apply Now To make an application, please click the 'Apply Now' button below.
