As a Social Media Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by expanding our client base through the adept use of social media platforms to generate leads, set appointments, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in technology sales, including proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and a proven track record of success in remote sales environments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, engaging with potential clients, and ultimately converting leads into satisfied customers. This position demands an experienced professional with prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Australian market. They must be able to work autonomously without direct supervision and already possess the knowledge and skill sets that transition to tangible immediate results. Your role succinctly is to keep the sales representative's calendar full of genuine qualified leads. The Executive will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to establish and achieve targets, conduct performance analysis, and develop digital marketing materials. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a social media sales strategy to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Identify and engage with potential clients through various social media channels. Create compelling and persuasive content to showcase our web design and development services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging promotional material. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing our services and identifying opportunities for collaboration. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, industry forums, and online platforms, to generate leads. Conduct remote sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our services to meet those requirements. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media sales efforts and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Use CRM software and other tools to track lead interactions, monitor progress, and report on key performance metrics. Once a lead is qualified you are to schedule an appointment with the sales representative. Qualifications: Proven experience in technology sales, in the Digital Space such as Web Design and SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM and so on. Strong cold calling and lead generation skills. Demonstrated success in social media sales and digital marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prefer experience with HubSpot CRM software and other sales productivity tools. Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
