Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.More about the Social Media Producer | MILKRUN - Contract (3 Days/Week) role at Woolworths GroupWe are looking for a social media whiz who lives and breathes all things TikTok and Instagram to create content for MILKRUN's socials.Working closely with the Content Specialist, the ideal candidate will be the force behind our TikTok and social media content, bringing MILKRUN's fun, cheeky and witty tone of voice to life through engaging posts. We're looking for someone who is always up-to-date on the latest trends, has a knack for storytelling, and isn't afraid to think outside the box.The ideal candidate will also be proficient in community management, to aid in engaging and moderating the conversation on our social channels.This is a 6 month contract role, working 3 days a week.What You'll DoContent Creation: Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content primarily for TikTok, but also for other relevant platforms to support the Content Specialist.Social Media Scheduling: Schedule and post content daily across all social channels using Sprout Social.Trend Awareness: Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and formats to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.Community Management: Foster an engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations using Sprout Social.What We're Looking ForStrong content creation skills for TikTok and other social media platforms; from ideation, execution and editing.Ideally 1-2+ years experience in a social media content producer role, with a focus on TikTok content.Proven experience in creating high performing short-form video for a brand (preferably the grocery industry).A social media native, with a strong understanding of current social trends.Ability to work collaboratively with the Content Specialist to create content that aligns with MILKRUN's TOV and content strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with community management tools is preferred.Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity ManagementVideo MarketingSocial Media ManagementKey StrengthsAttention to detailCreativityWritten communicationWhy Woolworths Group is partnering with Hatch on this role.Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that's right for them.
