We're looking for a dynamic Social Media, Marketing & Content Coordinator to shape our online presence, create engaging content, and build a strong connection with our local community.

What You'll Do :
Content Creation : Develop captivating content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetics.
Create graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our followers.
Social Media Strategy : Plan, schedule, and publish content across our three brands, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in creating campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Engagement Strategies : Develop and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement across all social media platforms, to grow our separate social media accounts as well as develop our online market stores.
Analytics & Reporting : Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve our social media reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the Retail & Fuel Operations Team : Work closely on campaigns, promotions, and content strategy, including supporting eDMs and creative briefs.
Lead from the front : Attend local sporting events, community shows, customer information evenings to represent the brand and grow our business.
A Bit About You :
You love all things TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and more.
You are strategic, creative, and motivated to see your content ideas come to life.
You love engaging with audiences and reaching new people with clever campaigns.
2+ years of experience in a similar content creation or social media or digital marketing role.
Strong communication skills and an eye for design and aesthetics.
A quick learner who is resourceful and ready to hit the ground running.
