Social Media/ Office All Rounder

A full time position has become available in AM Eyewear's Darlinghurst Showroom and Office. This position comes with great opportunities for development and growth within the company. We are looking for an office all-rounder who will be responsible for general office duties and showroom day-to-day activities; and who will also manage our social media channels (Meta and TikTok) , design social media assets, and liaise with content creators. An interest in fashion or design is considered a bonus but not necessary!
Working closely with our sales, logistics & marketing teams, this role offers a broad range of experience to put under your belt!
Your responsibilities will be:
General office dutiesSocial Media ManagementDesigning Social Media AssetsRaising sales invoices on Reckon Accounts Hosted (we'll train you)Picking and packing ordersE-commerce supportWholesale supportAnswering customer service enquiries (email and phone)Customer service in showroomLiaising with other departments in our Australia and European offices – Sales & Marketing
 The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong attention to detailGreat design skills (Canva or Photoshop/ Indesign)Social Media savvinessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literate – confident using Microsoft Office/ Google DocsBe able to work independently and be a good team playerGreat time management & organisational skills In return we offer:
