Position Overview: As a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various marketing tasks, focusing on email marketing using MailChimp and MailerLite. You will also be responsible for creating templates, graphics, and assisting with social media tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow into a more significant role.
Key Responsibilities: Create and design email marketing newsletters. Build and maintain email templates. Set up email marketing workflows and customer journeys. Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for marketing materials. Assist with social media tasks and content creation. Handle general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Currently studying or previous study in marketing or a related field. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like MailChimp and MailerLite. Basic graphic design skills (Canva). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Must have their own ABN (Australian Business Number). Must have professional indemnity and cyber insurance. High-speed and reliable internet connection. Access to a personal computer. Additional Information: Position Type: Contractor. Flexible working hours; you can choose when and how many hours you work. Initially, the position may require approximately 5 hours per week (with potential to grow to your capacity). This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere. The position offers the opportunity for growth within the company. Compensation will be based on an hourly rate.
