Based in the Windsor/Hawkesbury area, my client is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join the team and help enhance their online presence, engage with their target audience, and drive their marketing strategy forward.
Role Overview: As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind their social media strategy, creating and executing campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
You will collaborate closely with their sales teams to develop content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with business objectives.
Your creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills will be crucial in elevating their social media presence and achieving measurable results.
With no current social media presence, you will have full creative autonmy and take full charge of marking your mark within the business.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, enhances brand visibility, and drives audience engagement.
Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok).
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and partnerships, to maximize reach and impact.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Audience Engagement: Engage with online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to ensure strategy remains relevant and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and uphold company's values and messaging across all social media channels.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2 B sector.
Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, content management systems, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content and innovative marketing ideas.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with experience in measuring and optimizing social media performance.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
