DDB Group is looking for a Social Media Manager (2+ years experience). Join DDB Melbourne and work across some of Australia's most iconic brands.
This role will see you being a champion for social media throughout the agency. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social, bringing their experience in content creation, community management, and influencer management to the role. This is a brilliant opportunity to work and grow in a creatively-driven, energised environment.
The role Your role will be to create engaging content, manage communities, and develop strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll oversee social media reporting, influencer partnerships, and budget management, ensuring successful, impactful campaigns. Clear and easy collaboration across agency departments and with clients is vital, from which you'll deliver high-quality, results-driven social media experiences.
Non-negotiables 2+ years experience in social media and community management.Knowledge of social media best practices and influencer management.A clear understanding of paid social, with experience managing content deliverables with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Passion for content creation, social trends, and engaging audiences on social channels.Competence in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and social in-app editing.An ability to work on multiple projects, with solid presenting experience and reporting competence.What can we offer?
