This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with current and future customers and a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.Annual salary: $80,000.00 excluding SGCLocation: South Melbourne, Victoria 3205Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients and Think HQ's business goals and brand strategy.Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Develop and manage relationships with social media platforms.Stay updated with social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients' campaigns and communications remain effective.Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.Manage the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.Collaborate with our clients' internal teams to develop content that supports their marketing plans and campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with social media followers and influencers.Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content.Monitor social media channels for potential issues and develop response strategies for negative comments or crises.Work with PR and Strategy & Insights teams to manage and resolve social media crises.Collaborate with account management and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to present social media strategies and creative concepts.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Skilled at navigating their way through conflict in high pressured situations; ability to make tough decisions fast.Trusted representatives of the client, the work and the agency.A keen eye for detail and quality control.Knowledge of the legal and regulatory codes.Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
