The Role: We need a person who can keep abreast with the social trends, lead campaigns, understand clients industry and community, and use the data to inform social media marketing strategies.
You should demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.
You will have a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables, while also bringing new ideas to the company.
Must have experience in doing the ff: Posting on social media Excellent knowledge on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter platforms Understanding of SEO and web traffic Creating/Designing marketing posts Has a keen eye for designing posters Knowledgeable on Social media growth strategies Photo Editing skills Video Editing skills Requirements: Must be able to work Australian business hours At least 3 years of experience in leading social media campaigns Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and comprehension skills.
Ability to overcome objections and deal effectively with rejection, while remaining personable.
Positive attitude and temperament to accept coaching.
Great interpersonal skills / team player.
Online internet research skills 3+ years as a Social Media Manager Demonstrate leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Access and Excel) Email management (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp) Calendar Management Dropbox, Google drive Perks: Work From Home and a fun and healthy working environment.
