Using a variety of mediums, across a variety of channels, the team's ultimate goal is to authentically and organically connect with our community in such a way that encourages, motivates and inspires them to "be 1% Better Everyday".
Responsible for generating video, photography and brand communication, the content team shapes our LSKD brand's narrative, engaging with our community, driving traffic to our stores and website, and ultimately contributing to our LSKD overall success.
Content is a powerful tool for engaging with our brand muse and community.The gigThe Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing LSKD's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase community engagement, and drive conversions.
This role involves creating comprehensive strategies, compelling content, managing campaigns, analysing performance, and leading a small team of Social Media Specialists to deliver impactful results.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Strategic Leadership Develop and implement data-driven strategies to align with LSKD's mission of inspiring the community to be 1% better every day, focusing on growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all platformsContent Creation & Management Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life on social media, including product launches and events.
Oversee the curation and scheduling of engaging and on-brand content, including text, images, and videoCommunity Management Build and maintain strong relationships with our community fostering a positive online environmentAnalytics & Reporting Track and analyse social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI - generating regular reports with insights and actionable recommendationsCampaign Management Plan and execute social media campaigns to meet specific goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or conversionsLeadership & Team Management Lead and manage a small team of Social Media Specialists/coordinators, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals.
