We are hitting the reset button on our social media strategy, recognising we can do things differently in the future.This role will be responsible for gluing all of that together. You'll be responsible for delivering daily content that provides value to our audience, builds trust, and promotes long-term engagement.Key Responsibilities.Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule daily content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.Engagement & Community Management: Manage an existing team that responds to comments, DMs, and engages with followers regularly.Storytelling: Craft compelling stories around our bakery products, team, and customer experiences.Content Strategy & Growth: Analyse trends and experiment with new content formats.Paid Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute paid social campaigns.Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify and build relationships with local influencers, food bloggers, and potential brand partners.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and track KPIs like engagement, follower growth, and conversion.Qualifications:Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.Strong copywriting skills and ability to write in a tone that matches our brand voice.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure success.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.What We Offer.A dynamic and creative work environment where innovation is encouraged.Flexibility to work remotely as well as on-site at our bakery in Canberra.Our values:Create joy through our craft – one experience at a timeStay Curious.
