Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Social Media Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices- Manage social media advertising campaigns- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a minimum of 4 years- Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience with social media analytics tools- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
