We are working on something that has never been done before, so you'll be energetic, adaptable, and a fast learner who can make quick judgments with limited information.The role will be based in our headquarters in our Byron Bay office.Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience as deemed suitable.In depth knowledge of Social Media listening tools such as Hootsuite and KLEAR.Extensive experience in creating social media campaigns to drive awareness and support conversion.Demonstrate creative thinking, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.Understanding of branding principles, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.Strong research skills and the ability to grasp industry-specific knowledge quickly.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.High proficiency inGoogle Analytics andMicrosoft Office.Specific ResponsibilitiesFor Fliteboard and FLITELab* you will:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, brand guidelines and business objectives, across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.Plan and execute social media campaigns in line with the strategyIdentify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for social media campaigns.Develop and manage the content calendar and collaborate with the Creative team to ensure engaging and on-brand posts.Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms, Facebook owners groups and eFoil/Foiling forums.Strengthen our community engagement by actively participating in conversations with customers and partners across all social platformsBuild and maintain relationships with community partners and brand advocates.Own and manage our community partner program, identifying new opportunities and assist with onboardingMonitor and analyse social media metrics and optimise accordinglyPrepare regular reports detailing key insights and recommendations for improvements..Assist our partners in hosting quarterly webinars focused on social media best practices that align with our brand guidelines.ExperienceMinimum 7 + years' experience ina social media role, preferably inastart-up, luxurybrandorautomobile industry.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager driving awareness, follower growth, reach and engagement across all platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTokDemonstrated experience in growing and engaging social media audiences.Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends.Creating briefs for creative departments, suppliers, agencies and community partners.Strong analytical skills and in-depth working knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Hootsuite, SEO, GA and to track performance, optimise and report on results.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Worked in a fast pace and dynamic environment where priorities must be continually re-evaluated and adapted as required.Proven experience managing relationships including Athetes and content creators a bonus.Proven project management skills, the ability to plan, organise, prioritise, manage and track numerous concurrent activities to successful outcomes.Ability to manage and be accountable for own responsibilities and objectives.Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Team member with strong work ethics, flexible in approach and supportive of others.Demonstrates a strong passion for the brand and industry, a passionate watersports enthusiast who enjoys the outdoors.What we can offer:· Birthday Leave - have a day off on us!How to applyThe role is offered as a full-time position, 5 days a week based in our Byron office.IMPORTANT: Please email your CV and Cover letter outlining your reason for application, addressed to ******.
