Craft posts, stories, and reels that make our followers laugh, love, and want to join in on the fun.Function Planning Whiz: From birthday parties to full-on venue hires, you'll coordinate and execute events that make Tilly's the go-to place for a good time.Engagement Guru: Reply to comments, respond to DMs, and keep our audience as engaged online as they are on the dance floor.Who You Are: Content Creator: You're quick with a caption, love a good meme, and know exactly how to showcase our events and atmosphere in the best light.Event Maestro: Organised, energetic, and ready to bring ideas to life, no matter the size or theme.People Person: Comfortable managing clients and guests while keeping the Tilly's vibe fun and professional.Wagga Local: This position requires you to be able to come into the venue to create content so living locally is a must.Why Work with Us?
