We are looking for a Social Media Growth and Content Manager to manage the e-commerce business and build a strong social media presence.
The candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Social Media Management ExpertisePlatform Proficiency: Strong experience with Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including creating and optimizing posts, managing engagement, and understanding each platform's unique algorithms and trends.Content Strategy Development: Ability to create a cohesive social media strategy aligned with your brand's vision, focusing on building a large and engaged following.Analytics and Insights: Experience in tracking and analyzing social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, etc., to make data-driven adjustments.AI-Driven Content CreationAI Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or other AI copywriting tools for text, and platforms like Lumen5, Pictory, or Synthesia for video content.Graphic Design: Knowledge of AI-powered design tools like Canva with AI features or Adobe's AI integrations for creating visually compelling posts and videos.Video Editing: Ability to produce and edit videos, possibly using AI-enhanced video creation software for efficient production.Website ManagementE-commerce Platform Management: Experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar, including updating content, managing product listings, and optimizing SEO.Web Analytics: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), and understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive traffic and sales.User Experience (UX): Ability to maintain and improve website navigation, ensuring an easy and intuitive user experience that aligns with the brand.Community Engagement and GrowthInfluencer Outreach: Skills in networking with influencers and creators on each platform to expand reach and collaboration opportunities.Audience Engagement: Experience in building community, fostering engagement, and responding to followers to grow a loyal base of fans.Growth Hacking: Knowledge of growth marketing techniques to accelerate the brand's presence on social media platforms.Project and Time ManagementMultitasking: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, content schedules, and the website simultaneously.Automation: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier) for more efficient content publishing and management.Marketing & Branding KnowledgeBrand Development: Understanding of how to build and sustain a brand voice and visual identity that resonates with the audience across multiple platforms.Advertising: Experience with paid social media ads and campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive targeted traffic to your website and grow the social media following. Work set-up: Homebased (equipment provided)
Work schedule: Mid shift (Monday - Friday, 3PM - 12AM)
