At Charlotte Plains, guests can enjoy our Hot Artesian Springs, where they can soak in warm, mineral-rich waters while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
This position offers a unique blend of social media management, marketing support, customer service, administration, and event coordination, creating a diverse and exciting work environment.
Role Overview: Type: Part-time, with potential for full-time transition during the 2025 peak season.Start Date: Immediate start available for training. Key Responsibilities: Social Media/Marketing: Plan and schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook.Create engaging graphics and captions to showcase our offerings.Monitor social media for engagement opportunities and manage customer interactions.Track social media metrics using analytics tools.Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns for events and special offers.Conduct basic website management to keep content up-to-date.Customer Service/Admin: Respond to customer enquiry emails and manage bookings.Maintain and update customer records and booking systems.Manage customer reviews and feedback channels.Ensure effective communication with the team at Charlotte Plains for seamless coordination.Events: Assist in planning and coordinating events.Promote upcoming events via social media and other channels.Coordinate with vendors, musicians and suppliers for event logistics. Qualifications: A degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred, but passion is what we value most!Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented—comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.Basic experience with Canva and social media platforms is highly valued.Customer service experience is highly regarded.A willingness to be flexible and assist with occasional hours outside of regular office hours for time-sensitive tasks is appreciated.
