About The Role The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in driving our brand's digital presence by creating, scheduling, and analysing content across our social media platforms, with a key focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
As part of our beauty brands, you will ensure that our messaging aligns with our brand voice, engages our audience, and drives brand loyalty.
You'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends, ensuring our content stays fresh, relevant, and impactful.
This role isn't your typical 9-5; flexibility is essential, as you may need to engage and manage social media activity outside of standard business hours.
Role & Responsibilities Develop and brief visually compelling and engaging content, including graphics and written posts tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
), with the goal of driving traffic to the website and building a strong brand presence. Collaborate with the Graphic Designers (still images) and Content Creator (video content) to ensure all output is on-brand and meets high-quality standards. Work alongside the Influencer Specialist and Content Creator to plan and incorporate user-generated content (UGC) into monthly campaigns, ensuring authentic brand storytelling. Coordinate all promotional activities across organic and paid social channels, ensuring assets are delivered and scheduled on time. Maintain and update the ads sheet with all promotional activity, including links to content, copy requirements, and deadlines. Ensure your daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly content plan is aligned with the Marketing Calendar. Actively engage with followers by responding to comments in the first 30 mins of posting, messages from influencers, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Skills & Experience 2+ Years experience in a similar role.
Showcase links to your work. Paid advertising experience will be a BONUS. Project management software such as Asana is a BONUS. Passionate about social media, content creation, and staying ahead of industry trends. Creative and strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate insights into impactful content. Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
