Overview: Your role is to build the Beginning Boutique community on multiple social media channels. You will drive not only social community but strive to find ways to continue to get people looking at, viewing, buying and loving our product. You will assist with a variety of different channels and prioritise and create content for each channel accordingly. You will actively seek out opportunities to explore new channels or new features of channels. You will help execute strategies and drive key KPIs on each channel as part of your everyday role.
Responsibilities: Maintain a strong understanding of the BB social media content pillars, tone of voice and our customer's wants/needs.Strategising social media content ideas (including campaigns, collaborations, events and launches) alongside Social Media Manager for monthly planning across all platforms.Work alongside and assist the social media team to create monthly content for each channel that hits our BB pillars. This includes shooting, editing, copywriting and scheduling. *Must ensure all captions are in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.Constantly striving to find ways to create thumb stopping content and actioning these trends into the monthly content plan.Working closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure the best monthly strategy is always in place and that we're hitting our monthly KPIs.Work closely with the Paid Team and Social Media Manager to identify the best organic content for paid support.Assist on location shoots and events to capture engaging content and trends to use for the social channels.Understand ROI and reports on social media strengths and weaknesses using Google Analytics and social-specific metrics, and gathers actionable insights from this data weekly and monthly. Implement actions to the social media content plan from the reports key takeaways.Generate competitor analysis to the wider team and relay updates on new social media trends, algorithm changes and anything new across Socials to Social Media Manager.Have a high understanding of both fashion and social trends across Australia and key international markets. Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Creative Team to forecast any upcoming trends. Requirements: To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
