Social Media Content Writer

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of relevant work experience as a content creatorStrong listening, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written)Proficiency in MS Office applicationsHands-on experience with content management systemsAbility to fact-check long-form content piecesResourceful, creative, and a team playerRequired Skill(s): Computer proficiency (Facebook platform and marketing proficiency is a huge advantage)Experience in sales is preferred but not necessaryStrong communication skills (effective communication with clients)Must have strong potential in customer service, problem-solving skills, and management skillsCompetent in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others)Able to help Admin when neededManage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.Act as a point of contact for customers and handle their inquiries and concernsAssist sales in creating leads and quotesResolve customer complaintsCollaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service and sales supportStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailAbility to multi-task, excellent time management, and communication skillsJob is not limited to Marketing and Sales; you will also assist Admin if needed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
