• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a content creator
• Strong Listening, negotiation, and communication skills ( both oral and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Hands-on experience with content management systems
• Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
• Resourceful, creative, and a team player
• Required Skill(s): Computer Proficiency (Facebook Platform and Marketing Proficiency is a Huge Advantage)
• Experience in sales is preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication skills (Effective communication with clients)
• Must have a strong potential in customer service, problem-solving skills, and management skills
• Competent in computer applications (such as MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others)
• Able to help Admin when help is needed
• Manage Social Media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and handle their inquiries and concerns
• Assist sales in creating leads and quotes
• Resolve customer complaints
• Calls and talks to the customer about customer service concerns
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service and sales support
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, excellent time management and communication skills
• Job is not only limited to Marketing and Sales but you will also be a help for Admin if needed
