Are you ready to take the lead and run a full social media calendar, translate trends and create quality reels and videos for various platforms?
We are seeking a gun Social Media Lead to drive engagement for one of Australia's most innovative ecommerce brands in the interior design space!
Backed and run by a team of blue-sky thinkers, this business has dominated its industry over the last 8 years, establishing itself as a national go-to supplier.
Everything about this brand is aesthetically pleasing, from the luxury products to the high-end showroom and offices in Rosebery.
Approaching an impressive 400k followers on Instagram, this business has already established a vast digital footprint.
Their content captures their 'business personality' and they've grown a reputation for creating beautiful spaces whilst having fun along the way – who says business shouldn't be playful?
With growth set to rocket (helloooo Black Friday – we see you just around the corner!
), the team are now seeking an experienced and accomplished content creator to nail their online social media presence.
Your new role… We are seeking a visionary creator to bring the brand to life!
Whilst we all know the landscape and trends of social media change faster than the wind, there are key fundamentals of this role that you'll be leading… Create, capture and produce quality on-brand video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook that resonate with the target audience Run the social media calendar and ensure that all campaigns and activities are delivered to deadlines Edit videos and reels using native, in-app tools along with CapCut and Canva Produce 3-4 + pieces of content per day – run the process from idea to posting Collaborate and support your peers to create quality videos, whilst also producing your own content where you will feature as the brand ambassador Work with customers to create before/after content.
Build relationships and visit sites to capture and film various versions of the spaces and designs so you can repurpose content across different platforms Stay up to date on trends – be responsive to translate these and produce content in the moment, whilst reflecting the brand ethos and style Run weekly sessions with the content team to plan content ideas and create tangible action plans Strong analytical skills to gain insight into success and reach of content – what resonates with the customer?
Manage social media community engagement – respond to comments, engage with customers and work with the customer service team when required Trust us when we say this is a GREAT role for someone who is obsessed with social media and has a natural aptitude for interior design.
You will be responsible for running your own day and will  bring a positive and inspirational approach to your work each day.
You love storytelling and this is reflected in the videos you create.
You know how to capture an audience and love sharing your skills and expertise with the wider team so that all content is off the charts incredible!
