The Position Overview The objective of this role is to elevate brand visibility and engagement by creating and managing high-quality content across digital platforms for the company. The Social Media/Content Creator will play a key role in amplifying the brand's voice, showcasing products, and engaging with target audiences, particularly in the construction, heavy equipment, and earthmoving sectors. The successful candidate will drive content strategies that align with business goals, delivering impactful content that attracts new customers and reinforces existing relationships. This role calls for a creative and results-driven individual committed to enhancing the company's online presence and community, with responsibilities including:
Developing and executing a content calendar that highlights new products, industry trends, customer success stories, and company milestones, focusing on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Creating compelling visual and written content tailored to the earthmoving and construction industries, including photos, videos, infographics, and blog posts, showcasing the practical use and benefits of excavator buckets and attachments.Engaging directly with followers, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries to nurture relationships and provide an exceptional brand experience.Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and content performance to refine strategies and identify opportunities to engage new market segments in construction and heavy equipment.Collaborating with the sales team to align on marketing priorities and drive campaigns that support lead generation, focusing on equipment dealers, hire companies, and key players in construction.Capturing and editing video and photo content at customer sites, industry events, and product demonstrations, bringing real-world stories to the digital space.Representing the company and its brand values through consistent, on-brand messaging and visuals, ensuring the highest quality of engagement with customers in both organic and sponsored content.Analysing content performance metrics and delivering insights to guide future strategies, continuously optimising for engagement, reach, and customer acquisition.This role is essential in transforming the company's digital presence, building a robust online community, and driving brand engagement through creative content.
Candidate Requirements Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably within the earthmoving, construction, or industrial sectors.Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to target audiences across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns, with experience in analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams and campaigns simultaneously.Availability to travel as required for on-site content creation and industry events.Valid driver's license and either Australian citizenship or permanent residency.The Offer The opportunity is to build a strong personal brand and make a significant impact within the buckets and attachments market and own it!
